Services

The Dog Did It LLC provides residential dog waste removal services. Service frequency, pricing, and scope are agreed upon at the time of booking.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to their yard on scheduled service days. Gates must be unlocked and pets properly secured unless otherwise arranged. Missed services due to inaccessible yards are non-refundable.

Pet Safety

Pets must be secured or friendly and non-aggressive. The Dog Did It LLC is not responsible for pets that escape due to unsecured gates or unsafe yard conditions.

Cancellations & Changes

One-time services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Ongoing services may be canceled at any time unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at booking. Pricing may vary based on number of dogs, yard size, and service frequency. Failure to submit payment may result in service suspension.

Yard Conditions

Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment. The Dog Did It LLC is not responsible for damage caused by hidden hazards, uneven terrain, or natural yard conditions.

Liability

The Dog Did It LLC is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service provided. By using our services, you agree to release The Dog Did It LLC from liability for normal risks associated with outdoor yard work.

Website Use

All website content, including text, logos, and images, is the property of The Dog Did It LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
